Under this heading I should recommend the adoption of the Clause suggested by Judicature Commission as to the admission of Facts (see Report p. 14-15).

I have placed the subject of Attorneys and Agents in Chapter I (see Abstract) I think Section 258 goes too far and that the filing of the retainer or authority in Court should only be compulsory if so ordered by the Court of its own motion or on the application of the opposite Party
